Processing & Order Confirmation

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or public holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship within Australia only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or a pick-up option.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-8 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered via Australia Post, usually within 1-4 business days for metropolitan areas. For locations outside metropolitan areas, express delivery may take longer depending on your location.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping:

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100.
  • For orders under $100, standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.

Express Shipping:

  • Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.

Missed Deliveries:

We recommend tracking your parcel closely and ensuring someone is available to receive it. If you miss a delivery, please follow the instructions provided by Australia Post for re-delivery or pick-up at your local post office.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels:

 If your parcel is returned to us due to a delivery issue—such as an incorrect address or the parcel not being collected in time—we'll contact you to arrange next steps.

You'll have two options:

  1. Re-shipping: If you’d like your parcel re-sent, we’ll send an invoice for the re-shipping cost. You’ll be responsible for this cost unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly. Once the invoice is paid, we’ll dispatch your parcel.
  2. Store Credit: If you'd prefer not to pay for re-shipping, we'll issue you a store credit for the value of your items (excluding original shipping costs). This credit will be valid for 12 months and can be used any time you're ready to place a new order.

Please note:

  • We're only able to re-ship once the re-shipping payment is received.
  • We do not offer refunds for unclaimed parcels or returned parcels.
  • If we're unable to reach you within 14 days of the parcel being returned to us, your order will automatically be processed as a store credit.

Damaged or Lost Items:

Seaside Daisy Store is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. However, if your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.

Accurate Shipping Information:

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

Right to Modify:

Seaside Daisy Store reserves the right to modify shipping rates and processing times at any time without prior notice. We'll always aim to keep things fair and transparent as carrier costs change.

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
