Do you have a physical store?

Is it safe to pay on your store?

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Are your products environmentally friendly?
Some of our products are environmentally friendly, as we strive to offer items that are ethically sourced and support sustainable practices. Please check individual product descriptions for more details on their eco-friendly features.
Can I send an order directly to someone as a gift?
Yes, you can. Just enter their shipping details at checkout and your order will be sent straight to them. Prices aren't included in the parcel.
Are your gift cards physical?
No, our gift cards are digital only. They're sent straight to the inbox of either you or your chosen recipient.
How do I use my gift card?
At checkout, simply enter the gift card code, and the amount will be applied to your order. If there's a remaining balance, it can be used for future purchases.
What if I have trouble with my gift card?

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't offer extra gift wrapping, but most items come wrapped in soft white tissue paper. Boxed items are carefully packed with protective materials like honeycomb paper and fillers to make sure they arrive safely.
How do I use my gift card?
At checkout, simply enter the gift card code, and the amount will be applied to your order. If there's a remaining balance, it can be used for future purchases.
Can I add a gift note?
We don't currently offer gift notes, but we're looking at adding this soon!
Are your gift cards refundable or transferable?
Gift cards are non-refundable but don't expire.
How long does shipping take?
We work hard to get your order out quickly! Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and once dispatched, standard shipping takes about 2-8 business days to arrive.
If you opt for express shipping, your package should reach you within 1-4 business days once posted (though deliveries to regional areas may take a little longer).
You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way!
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is simple:
- $10 flat rate standard delivery
- $15 flat rate express delivery
- Free shipping for orders over $100🎉
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey to you!
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here is our refund policy for you!
Refund Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Upon receipt of your return, approved returns will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Additionally:
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cosmetics and jewellery are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges for size are subject to stock availability.
Important Notes:
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Returns showing signs of wear (beyond trying on), washing, or alteration will not be accepted. This includes marks from makeup fake tan, or other stains.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our very best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
I'm so sorry if that happens! Please contact me as soon as you can with your order number and a few photos. If your item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, I'll cover the return shipping and make it right—whether that's a replacement, refund or store credit.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not at the moment, but we'll update the store if this becomes available.
